YOU have a heart so why not look after it this Valentine’s Day at Tiddenfoot Leisure Centre which is offering free health checks to customers as part of its Valentines themed, LOVE Your Body campaign, running throughout February.
The free health check – which will be available in the gym – will measure the weight, blood pressure, peak flow and BMI of the customer and will be available to both members and non-members.
There will also be a member of staff from the gym on hand to talk to customers.
They will also be giving advice on the importance of maintaining a healthy heart this Valentine’s Day.
Emma Collins, Health and Fitness Manager at Tiddenfoot Leisure Centre, said:
“We are really looking forward to running the campaign and hope to see many of our users come in and take advantage of the health check. The gym will also be covered in hearts so it will be hard to get away from the Valentine’s Day theme!”
