Histon boss Brian Page felt Jim Stevenson and Danny Fitzsimons made the only decision they could by joining Luton Town this week.
The Stutes manager said: “They both thoroughly deserve this chance to show what they can do at Conference National level and Luton Town is a great club for them to go and do it at.
“I’m sure they will grab the chance with both hands and go on to have successful careers and be good players for Luton.”
