Luton defender Wayne Thomas has joined League Two strugglers Rochdale on loan until the end of the season, writes Mike Simmonds.
The 33-year-old has endured a tough time at Kenilworth Road, after being signed by former boss Paul Buckle.
Firstly, his debut was delayed due to international clearance not being recieved due to a strike in Greece, before he was then sent off in his second match at Braintree and received a three match ban.
With news of the move coming through, Thomas, who was at the training ground this afternoon, tweeted: “One of the most bizarre days on record #quotemeondat.”
